Dr. JOSEP LLORET (director of the group) See CV

Dr. Josep Lloret (marine biologist) is currently Associate professor in the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Girona and director of the Oceans and Human Health Chair. He has previously worked at the Institute of Marine Sciences (CSIC) in Barcelona, at the CNRS in Perpignan (France) and at the Thünen Institute in Hamburg (Germany). He has also conducted research at the NOAA-NMFS (United States) and Reykjavik University (Iceland), and is a member of the STECF Expert Group of the European Commission and the SGR group 2017 SGR 01023 "Ecology of Marine Communities ".

Dr. JOAN SAN (codirector of the group)

Dr. Joan San (neurosurgeon doctor) is currently professor and Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Girona. Previously, he has worked at the University of Barcelona, at the Hospital Clínic in Barcelona, at the Josep Trueta Hospital in Girona and at the Catalan Health Institute - Güell Primary Care Center (neuropsychiatry). He has also conducted research at the University of Caen (France). He is member of the SGR group 2017SGR0385 "Technological Innovation in the Productive System"
